Festival is the equiavlent of our SOL. It is a music competition where we perform before judges and receives scores based on the quality of our performance.

An itinerary and permission form will be posted soon. Forms will be sent home with students as well.
We currently have 2 fundraisers running. All profit that you make can go towards your trip.
Krispy Kreme donut orders are currently being taken. $6 a box. Orders are due January 29. Donuts will arrive on February 4th.
Rock-A-Thon: Students are taking pledges based on how long they can play their instruments. We will also be learning some Rock and Hip-Hop music from the radio!

Let’s ROCK and ROLL!!!
One Saturday in January, we will have a Rock a Thon to raise money for the orchestra. And it will be fun! Students will take pledges based on the amount of time they can play they instruments… and Yes, we will have some Rock music to keep us hoppin.
We will also have some fun games to rock to (Anyone want to volunteer their gaming system and/or Rock Band, Guitar Hero, etc?!?! for an hour or 2)
We have to raise funds for the bus for Dollywood! We only have a very small amount so far- with the donut sale and yard sale.
Tis the season to be busy! And jolly too of course!
The CHS Orchestra ROCKED at our Winter Concert. We had to bow 3 times for the crowd at the end, and the crowd was still clapping as we left stage.
The CHMS Orchestra Concert is in a few hours. We’ll be great too, I’m sure.
