Be Prepared for the New “Kid” on the Block

Posted by: Brian | August 30, 2008 |

There’s a new “kid” lurking on all computers in our building(s) and is worth checking out! Kidspiration has had an overhaul and version 3 has now been released. The biggest change has been with more Math templates (as with all other subjects) and online resources through the teacher menu. Check out their website for product features and you can even download a free 30 day trial for your home computer. Interested in learning more? See your Technology Resource Teacher (TRT) for training, demonstrations, and classroom lessons that we can teach together! If you wish to see the Inspiration/Kidspiration newsetters, click here.

Hi–I wanted to share with you and your colleagues about our recent webcast which demonstrated using Kidspiration’s new Math Tools to understand fractions.

It’s complimentary and recorded so your staff can watch it at their convenience and it can help teachers learn more about what can be created and taught in Math View. Here’s the location–

“inspiration.webex.com” and then click on “View Event Recordings” It is the recording called “Making Sense of Fractions with New Math Tools in Kidspiration 3.”

Best of luck to all of you with the start of a new school year!

Thanks,
Crystal Miller
