Hello! My name is James Herrington and I’m a technology integrator for Chesterfield County. I attended this session at VSTE and after telling my boss, Fred Scott, about how interesting your approach to new staff orientation was, would like to try something similar in our county this August. I would appreciate any further information/details you could send concerning how the midway booths were organized as well as the overall orientaion. I’ve already downloaded the PDF from the VSTE session, but wanted to pick your brains a little further.

Thank you in advance for your assistance!

James – thanks for your inquiry. I have just posted an outline that should answer the bulk of your questions. I also attached my initial budget – it should give you a feel for how to proceed. I will also send the documents to you via email. Please be sure and let me know if I can be of further assistance.
